Wet fly#8–12golden olive / orangeBest: May–Jun
When to use
A classic western-lough mayfly wet, especially good in high winds and big waves when a bushier wet mayfly is easier for trout to find. It is traditionally fished on a pulled cast and often remains effective after the peak hatch has passed.
Imitates
