The short version: LoughLogic keeps your data on your device, and we don't track you.
Who we are
LoughLogic is built by the team behind tadpole.club — Tadpole SAAS Club Management Ltd, registered in Ireland (company no. 808674, 20 Steeple Crescent, Trim, Co. Meath).
Your data stays on your phone
LoughLogic works without an account. Your plans, session log, catch photos and preferences (theme, units) are stored in this browser on this device — we never see them.
If you sign in
Signing in is optional and uses an emailed link — no passwords. We store your email address and, once signed in, your session log syncs to your account so it survives a lost phone. Data is hosted with Supabase in the EU (Ireland).
Location and weather
“Use my location” asks the browser for your position to find nearby waters and fetch a forecast. Coordinates go to our server and on to the forecast provider for that lookup; they aren't stored or used for anything else.
Cookies
Essential cookies only, and only when you sign in. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, no analytics that identify you.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, take it elsewhere, or object to how it's used. Email privacy@tadpole.club and we'll respond within 30 days.
