Attractor#10–12silver / green / redBest: Apr–Sep
When to use
A classic pulled loch and reservoir fly for trout, especially when fish will chase silver or flashy patterns. It is most often worked as a lure on stillwaters for browns and stocked rainbows.
Imitates
Small fry or flashy attractor; often treated as a fry pattern rather than a strict insect imitation.
Team position
Point or single fly on a pulled cast; often used ahead of other silver or attractor flies.
